Pipeline lift, in writing.
If Genkatsu does not move qualified pipeline by 15% in 90 days, we pro-rate your contract back. The ramp curve is equally severe: junior reps hit quota in 47 days, not 181.
The guarantee, written like a clause — not a slogan.
Four conditions, written in the order a procurement lawyer will read them. No asterisks, no fine print, no marketing rephrasing of the numbers you already saw above.
-
§ 1.1
Trigger condition
If, at the close of the 90-day measurement window, Genkatsu has not lifted qualified pipeline by 15% or more against your contracted baseline, the remedy in § 1.3 applies. The baseline is the trailing 90-day qualified pipeline volume from your CRM at contract signature.
-
§ 1.2
Measurement window
Day 1 begins on production data ingestion across at least 80% of contracted seats. The window runs for 90 consecutive calendar days. Pipeline lift is measured in net-new qualified opportunities sourced or accelerated by Genkatsu-instrumented reps.
-
§ 1.3
Remedy
If § 1.1 is unmet, the customer may invoke a pro-rated credit equal to the unused portion of the annual contract, calculated from the date of written notice. Credits are applied to the next invoice or refunded within 30 days, at the customer's option.
-
§ 1.4
Scope & exclusions
Guarantee applies to digital channels only — email, calendar, CRM activity, and recorded conference calls ingested through approved integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach). It does not cover in-person meetings, mobile-call audio, consumer messaging apps, or pipeline attributed to new logos not present in the baseline CRM state.
From 181 days to 47. From six months to fourteen.
The ramp curve, instrumented across 600+ deployments.
Across the Genkatsu customer base we audited, the average return on investment reached 4.2x within the first two quarters — driven primarily by compressed ramp time and increased per-rep pipeline contribution, with negligible incremental cost of ownership.
